We are STORYTELLERS, seeking Creative FREEDOM, striving to build a SUPPORT for the future of your Creative PASSIONS.
Providing a safe space to read, enjoy, and dive into the hobby of collecting *COMICS.
We acknowledge comics as foundational concepts for future media productions and want to build a network of new Independent creators. Giving a home for your comics and guaranteed ownership of your projects.
What’s our Point?
*Sequential Art,
this fancy word that means comic books are ART.
"juxtaposed pictorial and other images in deliberate sequence, intended to convey information and/or to produce an aesthetic response in the viewer"
Scott McCloud
The Dew-Point-Ecosystem
Dewpoint Comics can only work if we support our own ecosystem. Creating together, building the future for creative thinking we all want.
Our vision is to curate a mega catalogue of indie entertainment we can all enjoy. Creating partnerships with local business owners to bring your Art to Sacramento and the greater world.
Andrew D. Klassen will be leading the charge with the Dew-Points flagship title, Vex Universe. A fresh Sci-Fi adventure comic created to open the endless possibilities that reside in our known universe; And it has Lil-man.
As we build our indie comic catalogue we plan to expand into an existing market. Partnering with independent creators to bring your fresh stories to life, giving indie creators room to breathe, and reflect upon our story driven process.
Now for the real stuff…. We are interested in equal opportunity and therefore allocate our budget to support our community.
Our model is simple and was designed to give the power to the creator. If your willing to front the cost of printing, you get 70% of your profit for physical books, & merchandise. We reinvest 30% into the ecosystem, expanding our free digital catalogue of indie entertainment until we enter the physical world with a legendary Comic Experience. Acting as a time capsule of sequential media, literature, collectables, with an emphasis on NEW local Art.
